About us
EFTA-EUR-LEX is a research and development foundation that supports scientific and general research in the European social sciences at a high level by creating research work with the principles of the fundamental dynamics of the European Union and the values of excellence in science and research.
Presentation of the research center
The EFTA-EUR-LEX European Society and Science research center was established with the aim of contributing, as part of its European alliance, to the realization of social science, innovation, and technology research based on the integration of the European principles through research and analysis. The research center is committed to creating a friendly European-Eurocentric culture and a member-state alliance in which our people can live and thrive in an intercultural environment based on the principles of diversity.
About the Research Centre
One of the important objectives of the European Center for Society and Science (EFTA-EUR-LEX) is to contribute and support knowledge in research into the process of Europeanisation and internationalization through research. The mission of the research center is to establish a foundation of values for the process of European integration and internationalization, in which social cohesion between European nations is building and developing for our communities and future society.
The Knowledge Center creates social research on the development of European societies, challenges and policy systems in international space, both from a comparative, evaluation and analytical point of view. The Centre applies multi-level integration approaches and has tasks of comparative analysis and direction, contributing to empirical theoretical developments and significant knowledge.
The Knowledge Center is researching and analyzing intelligence-based research and technological development systems.
The EFTA-EUR-LEX Research Center consists of two parts. General and scientific research, as well as higher-level qualitative system research, in which the Knowledge Center researches knowledge and scientific fields in certain European areas at a higher qualitative level.
General tasks and directions
The basis of the general tasks of the EFTA is general research on policy systems and European social processes (of its mechanisms of operation and action). We consider it important to study, analyze and research the operational-action and international process systems of European society (general-better-qualitative) through in defining of directions, activities and topics. (e.g. the green and integrated processes of Europe, the processes of adequacy of European societal challenges, or the processes of areal activities and functioning of the EU’s various institutions).
Through research into the functioning of European social processes and actions, we can map the spatial structures of integration and social systems and the areas of obstacles and jams in the research center, which will enable us to create new or improved knowledge, analysis, foundations, knowledge or results in the future.

The importance and areas of the European Union
The areas of importance and definition of the European Union are multifaceted and specific. The EU is based on the operation, rules, decisions, representation of democratic values and the definition of cooperation and common goals in more than 40 different policy areas. Among its multifaceted and specific objectives, it is important to highlight the catching up, quality of life, cohesion and convergence, European social functioning process systems and the European pillar, the key and vital role of the coherence, stability and persistence of political, social and economic integration issues at Member State and regional level, as set out in the principles and the charter.

The EU’s overarching goal and direction is to create the stability of the most advanced and coherent operating mechanisms and process systems, enabling the security, development and future of hundreds of millions of European citizens. The future and survival of the country depend on the balance of the unity of the European Union and its subsistence.
Definition of the European Union

EFTA defines the European Union as an association of the unified integration of nation-states, which is a community of values and life in which all citizens live and operate. In addition to the EU’s efforts to preserve elemental values and set goals based on key principles, it is important to emphasize that, the functioning of Europe in the system of associations of the Member States fundamentally determines the unity and evolution of the foundations of world systems.

7, – Within society and science, the knowledge center explores the differences between human relations and the interface between the diversity of culture in the European Member States.
8, – EFTA researches instability trends and gaps in the EU and seeks a solution to improve the condition, relationship and situation of instability and gaps.
The EFTA research aims to map and understand the spatial structure of integration and social barriers and jams in the research of trends and activities, and knowledge of the functioning of European social processes and actions. We consider it important that the obstacles – jams or developments, knowledge, outlook, foundations and solutions create knowledge or new systems.

The importance of research in European societies is one of the most important values of the knowledge center. The main research topics are fundamental to the topics of EFTA research. Research and analysis will focus on the areas and systems of the main research topics mentioned above, but there will also be other perspectives on the situation of the cohesive forces of nations and their important role, the study and analysis of European social cohesion, or the importance and present of activism in the European social space.
