Presentation of the research institute
EFTA is a Community development “research and analysis” institution that researches, analyzes and examines the role and importance of cultural community development in modern societies and in the social scene. The aim of the research center-institution is to create research and analysis in order to achieve the common goal of community-social development, and it is a privilege in the fields of the growth of exploitation and value creation by community groups, circles, institutions and organizations.
About us (the optimal operating space)
The Research Institute (EFTA-KEI) identifies different research directions, analyzes the sustainable development of communities, the possibilities of modernity and developments, the importance of community engagement, and integration topics, the interweaving processes of individual and social events inherent in communities happening at the same time, such as common goals and values, experiences, attachment, togetherness, solidarity, or the priorities of the Community network for cooperation.
The EFTA-KEI also considers the direction of the development of new community spaces to be an important goal and definition, therefore the topic of research and analysis may differ in many cases, „ the organizations that make up the community, and the design and areas of the Community systems adapted to it ”.
Communities in the World (Community and Society)
We consider it important that the place of the sometimes day-to day stuff and lifestyles in the world of community culture, experiences and attitudes, arts, sports, science, culture and the environment, and in general we can make improvements in the field of community spaces and thus making progress, because they not only make the concept of good communities and thus society richer, but they make it also more productive in the lives, lifestyles and values of many of us.

Communities in their time
European Communities
Just as European civilization evolved from the culture of Greek polys, so did the space and structure of communities in the time of the polys. Communities already existed in ancient times, but their more advanced civilized meaning was formed and changed into a larger cultural system in the time and culture of the formation of Greek city-states and poles (eg interstate settlement, technical-physical, lifestyle, administrative, political, economic, communication, artistic, cultural, etc. form).
In the times before our time (i.e. From the 8th century) in the community of Greek polis (e.g., from the era of Mycenaean civilization), the word community meant both the cohesion and cooperation of people, either in the military and political spheres or in noble working groups e.g. (in the fields of cultural, spherical philosophy, individual spiritual, knowledge-building, social cooperation or joint gathering, and later gradually formed and developed, regardless of age, social status, or groups, also in the areas of civil community systems and spheres.
The space, strength and structure of communities, and the real development of communities in pre-modernity societies, are thus the military and political units of that time, as well as space, faith / spirit, and working together and going together created by the craft. Today, the continuous trending/development of civil society organization has opened up the evolving system of inter-layered mobility and inter-century modernity, which has created the conditions for a new direction, a new structure, a system for the emergence and formation of newly developed and communities accommodating to centuries, and a key role for the importance of the social community.
Development and change of communities (today)
Nowadays, developing communities always create innovations, developments and new resources. Such as human, environmental, research and development, knowledge, space, culture and cultivation, or other resources that generate new, not infrequently explosive changes, processes, redrawing social, political, cultural, or scientific (knowledge-development-action) spatial structures. new forms of intervention are emerging, organizations are changing, disappearing and being replaced by new ones.
In the XXI. Century in everyday life, new communities are also created in the institutional, circuit, group or some kind of community scene which create and develop specific forms of work and local characteristics (value systems, scientific development, creation, more advanced environmental aspects, quality of life spatial structures). There are emerging new small communities, which also support the quality and development capabilities of a given society.
Monitoring activity

The purpose of the monitoring in the knowledge center is to monitor, document, and reveal empirical data of community and development processes, summarize the results and experiences, and formulate innovative development proposals based on the knowledge of this information and analysis.

- General situation analysis and situation monitoring activities in the development of community interactions, relationships and changes.
- Building on new values adapted to the current world state, the research center provides analysis, knowledge research and, based on the given results, an outlook recommendation on environmental, economic or political compliance, in defining good practice and knowledge based on the principle of justice.
- EFTA analyzes the processes and changes taking place in the community world, while measuring and evaluating the effect and impact of community initiatives in the various fields of social sciences and the environment.
- Characteristics and opportunities of civil society, communities and formal organizations in the intermediate spheres of the emerging community-social and political order.
- Monitoring activities of community-social participation in the field of (community-cultural participation, e.g. in the field of various interests (sports, culture, leisure-hobby) and in civil (civil) participation.
- Analysis and evaluation of the frontiers of community development: resources, cooperation, social participation, the ability to act in community and the key role of the importance of knowledge to be renewed.
- Study of popular community activities in different community areas and participation.
- Concepts expressing the renewal of (local) and regional communities in displacement the development at community and regional level. Views and development opportunities. (writings, short-term reports, analyses.

- Monitoring activities: integrated urban regeneration development in terms of community development through better quality service modernities, cultural renewal of local community institutions, and improved community conditions.

Systematization of knowledge levels explored at the level of knowledge, modernities and developments and their utilization at the EFTA Research Institution may learn about organizing and evaluating the results of the present and future of the communities and the mapping of its future through knowledge.

Research and analysis themes are a core set of values in one of the most important areas of the institution, in which as stated therein, the EFTA research institution may understand, organize and by means of knowledge, obtain results, evaluate the impact of the research on the present of the communities and their future as well as the results of that.

Political community: Research and analysis of the Hungarian political community
In the system of political communities of the Research & Analysis Institution (EFTA-KEI), we are looking for of the participation of community conditions and political community activities, the relationship between Hungarian political community relations and social networks in the socio-political locations of relations and ties.
Community of the Foundation: The EFTA Foundation is a special community and culture whose dimension is the organic development of social, political, environmental and special (theoretical-technological-biological) areas.
The culture of the foundation is determined by the circle of unity of the founders and the idea of their (collective) spirit.

EFTA Community questions to which we are looking for a more precise answer
One of the research topics of today’s community and social issues is to research and provide more accurate community answers. We consider it important to establish and ensure access to results and reliable information (on the EFTA website) and that research results and analyzes in today’s sense, the definitions of evaluations and institutional information become known and part of social and community life.

- What development work activities are needed to better achieve the results of individual and social community development?
- What concept can the functioning of communities be maintained?

Through analyses and studies, we want to provide an answer to the social effects of community and public relations and to the answer to EFTA’s basic questions, i.e. that community and public developments, modernity, asset systems, renewals, and value-adding results (depending on responses) inappropriate goals, activities, operation, and development, how it can create remedial changes in community life.

The long-term vision of the institution is to recommend a cultural city and community society space within a location full of vibrant cultural life and active pastimes (various invitations by setting up proposals for programs or community initiatives) in which local actors, building on their community role, can be able to provide attractive multi-generational arenas for their residents, thereby supporting the increase in development potential of young people and citizens and the power of urban-municipal community-retaining socialization.
